WHO WE ARE

We are a diverse group of individuals coming to the trades from a wide range of backgrounds, experience levels, education, and ages. We are coming from the arts, social work, education, retail, factory, entertainment, and service industries. We are composed of both union and non-union members. We are pipefitters, electricians, carpenters, tile setters, floor coverers, and plumbers.  

We realize that it can be daunting to start a career in the trades and we're here to help, with resources on who to reach out to, what to expect, and introductions to who does what. In addition to this site, we hope to host periodic in-person info sessions with live demos, panels talks, and tabling sessions. All are welcome, underrepresented folks are strongly encouraged.
